The Company refers to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to Collab Circle Private Limited, 7004, Basement, Sector 43, DLF Phase 4, Gurgaon 122002, and any and all of its affiliates including but not limited to High School Moms, International Alliance of Counselors & Educators.
You agree to allow the Company to share your contact details with the institutions you meet on one or various events organized by the Company, for which you have or will register yourself, and for these institutions to contact you post the event.
By accessing, viewing, downloading, and/or copying the contents of the attached student data document in whole or part, Applicant/Participant and its Institution of affiliation acknowledge and agree to be bound by the following terms:
The contents of the document are the exclusive property of the Company. The Company grants Applicant/Participant and its Institution of affiliation a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable right to use the contents of the document for the sole purpose of contacting the students listed herein, subject to Applicant/Participant’s and Institution’s compliance with all domestic and foreign laws, rules and regulations. Applicant/Participant and Institution agree not to transfer or disclose the contents of this document, in whole or part, to any third party without advance written permission from HSM. “Personal Information” means personally identifiable information and includes, for example, your name; street address; e-mail address; SMS or text message address; phone number; credit card and other payment information; information regarding your academic and extracurricular activities and interests that may identify you; and other information that may identify you as an individual or allow online contact with you. We may from time to time ask you for personal information, and we may collect certain information from you each time you register for our seminars, summits, and for various marketing purposes. We may also receive personal information about you from third parties with whom we have a business relationship, including our organizational customers, franchisees, etc.
FOR PARENTS OF CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 13
The Company websites are not intended for use by children, especially those under 13. No one under age 13 is allowed to provide any personal information or use our public discussion areas, forums, and chats. Minors under the age of 18 are prohibited from making purchases, including subscriptions, on our sites.
